Phillip Jones brings a unique perspective to representing injured clients. He spent nearly a decade representing insurance companies, at-fault parties, employers, and businesses in civil litigation. Before transitioning to the plaintiff side, Phillip handled a wide range of matters involving bodily injury, insurance disputes, first-party property claims, and other complex civil litigation. That experience gave him an inside understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, defend lawsuits, and make settlement decisions. This is knowledge he now uses to advocate for individuals and families who have been injured through no fault of their own.
Phillip approaches every case with a combination of preparation, practicality, and straightforward communication. Having represented both sides, he understands that obtaining the best result is not simply about making the biggest demand or being the loudest attorney in the room. It is about knowing the facts, understanding the medicine, anticipating the defense, and putting the case in the strongest possible position for negotiation or trial. He prides himself on being accessible to his clients, explaining the process in plain English, and giving candid advice so they can make informed decisions about their cases.
Throughout his career, Phillip has handled cases ranging from automobile and trucking accidents to premises liability, insurance disputes, and catastrophic injury claims. His broad litigation background allows him to identify issues early and understand how a case is likely to be attacked before those arguments are ever made. Today, he brings that experience exclusively to the people he represents, with a simple philosophy: treat clients like people rather than case numbers, prepare every case the right way, and never allow an insurance company to dictate what an injured person’s case is worth.
